The 2016 Preservation Award was presented to Van Asten’s Heating & Cooling and Van Asten’s Plumbing for their restoration on their current building at 131 West Pulaski Street in Pulaski. The building was formerly the Stop-In, a bar and dance hall that was instrumental in providing polka entertainment for many years, including hosting the Polka Variety Show.
