shared some postcards we had received from a gentleman in New Jersey showcasing Casimir
Pulaski. They have a picture of Casimir and they were all date stamped October 11, 1979 in
Savannah GA with each having a two-cent Casimir Pulaski postage stamp. Steve Karcz will reach out
to him for more information about them.

Newsletter – Tammy had said she was hoping to have a proof ready soon.
School Volunteers – Rock and Pam reported we have 9 students. They are all very involved with
extra-curricular activities so they are never all there at the same time. They are doing a good job.

Leak at the Back of the Building – Rock has been checking on it regularly. Larry Puzen said he caulked
the outside and hasn’t seen any issues with the rain we’ve been having lately. Mike Blohowiak gave
Rock some paint to prevent mildew. They should be ready to start painting next week.

Brick Sales – Pam said we have 13 being printed and hopefully will be installed before winter. Norine
said of the 181 bricks that have been sold, Pam is responsible for 75 of them!

Board Member Comments – Pam said Associated Bank contacted them. They will be remodeling their
lobby and wanted some hometown pictures. Steve K. found a pencil rendering from Surplice Architects
of the proposed Pulaski State Bank to be built on what is now the current site. Associated Bank will mat
and frame it. They will have it on loan from the Historical Society. They said they would attach a small
placard stating that information.

Review of Annual Dinner Agenda – Larry will work on the agenda. Chris will do the treasurer’s
report in Norine’s absence. Steve Karcz will give a curator report. Rock will do the student report.
Pam will run the 50/50 raffle. We will have a pie auction.

Board Member Team Expiration -Tammy & Rock have agreed to run for the board again but John will
be stepping down. Chris said he would run for a board position so we will have ballots ready in case
a vote is necessary.

Setting Up Day & Time of Annual Dinner – The museum will be open from 5-6:30. We will contact
Don from the legion to see when we will be able to set up.

to accept that award. Chris offered to help with a powerpoint presentation if they would like.
Website – No report.

Board Member Comments – Maria said she was contacted by Brook from Hazelwood asking if we
would do a Polish display there for Christmas. If anyone would like to help her, just let her know. It
needs to be done by the end of November. It will be open December 7th and 14th from 11:00 am –
7:00 pm and they would like someone from the museum to be there. John said he is finalizing two
projects he has been working on…one is in regard to the 48 country schools in the Pulaski district
and the other is in regard to the boxing team Pulaski had from 1942-1948.

Our next meeting will be the annual dinner on October 23rd
.
